What kind of items can I sell?

We accept a wide range of home decor and furniture items, here are some examples: Couches, chairs, dining sets, tables, closets, mirrors, vanities, lamps, and many more.

What's the fee?

Our concierge service has no upfront fees, no membership fees, and no hidden fees. We get paid only when you get paid. We charge a 20% commission after your item is sold and you have been paid.

 

How is the commission billed?

Whenever you confirm that your item was sold and that you got paid in full, we will send a payment request via your favorite payment services including: PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

How does Alice sell my stuff?

Our experts will advertise your items across several marketplaces like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Offerup, eBay, and many more. We then negotiate on your behalf and pick only the serious buyers with good profiles and who are willing to pay the most.

 

When do I get paid?

You will get paid in cash by the buyer on the spot when they pick up your items.
